Develop Skills to Live a More Rich and Meaningful Life

Jesse Sieger-Walls, PhD, MSW, LCSW, is a clinical social worker who provides treatment for people with a wide range of needs stemming from difficult mental and emotional needs, relationship problems, work-related stress, or dealing with life changes. Often, his clients first indicate they feel in distress or stuck and want therapy to relieve their distress and improve their quality of life so they can move forward. Their goals often include improving their mental wellbeing, dealing with difficult situations, developing healthier relationships, and achieving greater personal fulfillment in their day-to-day life. Jesse specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. ACT is an evidence-based therapy for people with mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and it helps with work, school, and relationship problems. In addition to these therapy modalities, his therapeutic orientation involves care planning that integrates key health-related behaviors, including the promotion of routine physical activity, quality sleep practices, healthy diet, and engaging in behaviors that cultivate a strong sense of home, connection to friends and family, and purpose in their lives. These factors significantly impact an individual's mental health and overall well-being, and he integrates them into his treatment approach whenever appropriate. Additionally, having completed the Gottman Institutes' advanced (3rd-level) training, he offers couples counseling to those seeking to build relationship skills and or prevent a break in their relationship. He uses the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach that helps couples improve communication, increase emotional intimacy, and strengthen their friendship. This approach is effective in helping couples with a wide range of relationship issues, including infidelity, communication problems, and conflict management difficulties. Jesse anticipates that you’re dealing with difficult problems, and seeking help is courageous. Jesse teams up with his clients to help them build skills to deal with problems. After working with Jesse, you can expect to live a more rich and meaningful life. If you're feeling overwhelmed or need support, please reach out.
